A Surprise Upgrade Delight

We arrived expecting a standard room but were thrilled to be upgraded to a spacious suite with a separate living area. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

The only downside was the remote location. it required a bit of a drive to dine out, which was slightly inconvenient.

We had an enjoyable stay with our family at this hotel. The kids loved the kiddie pool, and we appreciated the spacious one-bedroom suite that allowed us to relax while they slept. The breakfast options were great too, especially the cheese omelets!

My children wished for more dining options nearby.

The staff were really friendly, helped us check in quickly and the breakfast had a decent spread. Kids loved the pool area, it was a nice way to unwind after a busy day.

Electronic key issues may challenge your stay, with cards becoming inoperative multiple times. While complaints were logged, resolution seemed slow and left a bit to be desired.
